Two Americans here on business, staying at a nearby hotel. Food was adequate the but service was TERRIBLE. Our sushi took an HOUR to make, and when we complained, we got nowhere. The manager had left for the night, and the cashier was in charge. We asked what could be done about the bill, she suggested she could call the manager and offer 15% off. When we got the bill, it was 5% off, and she claimed that was all she could do. We were furious and told her we weren't paying. They refused and told us we should have not eaten the food if we didn't want to pay for it. We spent a lot of money, brought them business and it was a terrible experience. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!
