| Ajay 2013.01.11 | I p[aid for 18 hours of training session upfront and initially everything was smooth except for problems with mike, timing and I was not seeing results.
Then, one fine day I get a call that my hours are done from Travis James, my trainer and lo behold when I checked it was only 11.5 hours done.
I gave them all the records for the training and since then have not heard back from them. I tried amicably to resolve the issue with their management team, Amanda Ray and still got no response.
They are very responsive when they wanted my money but not when they had to finish their side of the deal.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF TREATING CUSTOMERS. BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! as I lost close to $900 :( |
