Booked an early morning pick up and the driver didn't turn up. He claimed to have waited 45mins but I was outside with my suitcase the entire time so clearly he was at the wrong address. I ended up booking a cab. Contacted them for a refund and they refused saying they still had to pay the driver. Thieves
